Cooking
Prepare our products.
Squash (I had zucchini) and grate them with a coarse grater and season with salt. Give a little stand and drain fluid.
Onion (preferably red, but not necessarily) and bell pepper finely chop.
Minced meat (I had ground Turkey meat) season with salt and pepper, add the garlic and stir.
Zucchini, bell peppers, onions and minced meat mix. Add dill and eggs. all stir again.
Form grease with vegetable oil, put our casserole. From above to grease with sour cream.
Put in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes. To get, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake another 10 minutes until brown crust. Our casserole is ready, let's eat.
