Cookies without butter
The recipe for this cookie I spotted in one of the TV programs. The oil is replaced with avocado. I liked the cookies, I love experimenting with healthy food. Offer a recipe.

Ingredients

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Quinoa

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    280 g

Cooking

Avocado peeled and cut into pieces.

Whisk in a blender with water.

Add sugar and whisk all together.

Add cooked quinoa, flour, baking powder and vanilla.

Knead the dough. Flour, maybe need a little more. See that the dough was plastic. The dough should stand for a bit (20 minutes).

To form cookies of any shape, dip in brown sugar, spread on a baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

The biscuits are ready.
