This traditional German cookies I want to give two Snegurochka from Germany Arizonica (Kleine Hase) and Helen (Esenija). Cooking
1. Butter and sugar beat until creamy.

5. Take special cookie shape, it's made of wood (are silicone), sprinkle with flour, Osipyan some of the pastry is distributed on the form. Rolled then dusted with flour with a rolling pin in form, remove the excess dough.
6. Then almond petals to sprinkle on the top and with a rolling pin and rolled-in dough. If there is no such form, then you can just roll out to a thickness of 3-5 mm, cut cookies in the usual molds. Remove the excess dough, sprinkle with almonds, and rolled with a rolling pin.
7. Gently remove the cookies from the mold. Turn almond side down and send it in a preheated oven at 180*C for 10 min. the Smell, I tell you, it's something unreal!
