Ensalada de arroz is a Spanish rice salad combined with dry-cured meat, fried egg and vegetables. The salad I liked the tenderness of taste, bright colors, simple cooking, and the salad is quite hearty, but easy!

Cooking
The package of rice to boil according to the instructions - 30 minutes.
Beat eggs until smooth with a pinch of salt, fry until cooked. Cool.
Pepper cut into cubes, tomatoes into quarters, meat strips, cheese to grate.
To the salad add diced grilled eggs.
Season the salad with oil mixed with vinegar, lightly salt to taste, stir.
To serve, garnish with greens!
