Grapefruit salad with chicken and chard
Grew in the garden Swiss chard for the first time and decided to try it in combination with grapefruit and roasted chicken with fragrant grapefruit dressing. The salad was very tasty, with refreshing bitterness and a sweet and sour dressing. A very light salad for the hot summer!

Ingredients

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Chicken breast

    0.5 piece

  • Grapefruit

    0.5 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Basil

    0.333 tsp

  • Cilantro

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

  • Juice

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Breast, cut into strips, sprinkle with soy sauce "Kikkoman", sprinkle with Basil and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.

Prepare the dressing - mix the honey, soy sauce "Kikkoman" and freshly squeezed grapefruit juice. No oil is not added, because breast already roasted in oil and these drops of oil is enough in a salad.
