Caramelized pears with curd-rice cream
Simple and quick to prepare dessert.

Ingredients

  • Pear

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    90 g

  • Figure

    100 g

  • Brown sugar

    60 g

  • Cream

    10 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    3 tsp

  • Walnuts

    30 g

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

For dessert, I chose the Quinoa Mix (TM Mistral): blend of white aromatic rice and quinoa. Boil grits according to the instructions on the package.

Cheese, rice, cream, vanilla sugar, powdered sugar and grind in a blender. Walnut chop is not very large.

Pear wash, dry and cut into rings. For stability of cut bottom of pears and cut out the core (seeds).

Caramelize in a frying pan, brown the sugar with water.

The caramel put the rings and the top of the pear. Caramelize for 1-2 minutes on each side.

On each ring pear put the cheese, rice cream and sprinkle with walnuts. To collect pears from the pyramid, pour over caramel and sprinkle with nuts (optional).
