Chocolate cake with frosting
This recipe I dedicate to all my friends on this website. To everyone who commented on my recipes and blog entries, to everyone who has shown interest in my pictures, everyone who joined my friends list. Ingredients

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Dark chocolate

    200 g

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    125 g

  • Flour

    90 g

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Almonds

    60 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Cocoa powder

    40 g

  • Milk

    3 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    300 g

Cooking

1. Grease a round detachable shape with a diameter of 23 cm with butter and lay the bottom with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 180C.

2. Melt the chocolate with water and butter on a steam bath, stirring occasionally.

3. Allow to cool.

4. Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks with sugar to make a light light weight.

5. Pour the cooled chocolate mixture and stir. Add the flour, almonds, slaked soda and stir.

6. Proteins vzbit in a solid foam and add to the chocolate mixture.

7. Put the dough in the form.

8. Bake for 45 minutes. To get out of shape and allow to cool. Cut into two layers. For the glaze: melt the butter, add the cocoa powder and cook 1 minute. Pour the milk, add the powdered sugar and stir.
