Grind the yolks with sugar and flour. Milk heat and add vanilla. Pour a little milk into the yolk mix. And then pour in the milk and cook until thick stirring constantly. Sauce remove from heat and cool.
Thoroughly wash oranges. Whole orange peel (cutting the paring knife as in apples to pulp). Cut slices between the films, removing the bones. From the second squeeze the juice. Of these residues will have a delicious compote. That's why we carefully wash the oranges.
To the sauce add the juice and a good whisk. In a glass pour the sauce, put the orange slices and decorate with grated chocolate.
