In a saucepan with a thick bottom, mix water, sugar (Demerara fine "Mistral") and cocoa. Put on low heat and stirring constantly cook until the sugar is dissolved.
Cookies grind in a blender into fine crumbs. Add to the skillet the butter and both the cookies and cook for 10 minutes, continuously and intensely stirring.
Add in ground nuts (whole), stir and remove from heat.
Let it cool down a lot and put in rectangular molds. First cool to room temperature, then put into the freezer for 3-4 hours. To store chocolate bars in the freezer.
