Ingredients

  • Brown sugar

  • Cocoa powder

    6 tsp

  • Water

    8 Tbsp

  • Butter

  • Chocolate butter

  • Cookies

    200 g

  • Pine nuts

In a saucepan with a thick bottom, mix water, sugar (Demerara fine "Mistral") and cocoa. Put on low heat and stirring constantly cook until the sugar is dissolved.

Cookies grind in a blender into fine crumbs. Add to the skillet the butter and both the cookies and cook for 10 minutes, continuously and intensely stirring.
