I offer interesting and original onion pie. Such a good, hearty, homely and cosy. Delicious and quite simple. At first bite it is difficult to understand what kind of filling such. The first time my husband definitely "seen" in meat pie. A colleague at work was in a fish pie. But neither the one nor the other is not there! Just onion pie...

Cooking
Filling. Onion cut into half rings. In a deep frying pan, melt the butter, add the vegetable. Put in pan with onions. Cook onion until tender over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Add to the onions the paprika, dry poppy seeds, salt and pepper.
Mix and cook the onion stuffing for another five minutes. Remove from heat to cool.
Dough. While the filling cools down prepare the dough. Boiled or baked pumpkin RUB on a small grater or grind using a blender. Add to the pumpkin soft butter.
Parts podsypaya flour, knead the dough. The dough was soft, gentle, pliable, but holds its shape well and does not stick to hands. (if you doubt that during baking the dough will become too stiff, add a little less than 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder. I do not add as the filling is quite juicy and does not allow the dough to harden. Again, a lot depends on how your oven bakes)
Detachable form for baking (diameter 18 cm) grease with vegetable oil. The dough is spread evenly in the form, to generate high sides to the filling is well fit and the fill does not leak.
Put into a form the cooled filling.
Egg, sour cream and cream, whisk until smooth.
Parts pour the egg-sour cream mixture on the pie, allow the filling with a fork (not deep!!!), to fill distributed evenly. Bake pie in preheated to 180° oven for 35-40 minutes. (focus on features of their equipment)
The top of the pie is Golden and the filling will become dense. Cool the finished cake in the form of 10-15 minutes.
Then put it on a wire rack and cool completely. Before serving, the pie can be sprinkled with chopped greens.
