Vegetable stew with meat
Hearty but not heavy dish - delicious, juicy, flavorful. Take it for lean meats, it will help you to reduce the calorie content.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    350 g

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    0.5 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

For this dish I used the pot Zepter.

Meat wash, dry, cleaned of all fat and cut into small pieces.

Eggplant cut into cubes.

Fold the chopped eggplant in a bowl, pour salt water and leave for 15 minutes.

In a cold Zepter pot to put the pieces of meat.

Then add the squeezed eggplant.

Zucchini peel and seeds, cut into cubes.

Add them to the pot.

Finely chop the onion, carrots cut into slices, the pepper into strips.

Place the vegetables on the next layer.

Tomatoes cut into slices.

Place the tomatoes top layer. Cover the pot with a lid, place on the stove on medium heat. Thermocontroller when the arrow reaches the green fields, reduce the heat to low and cook for 30 minutes.

Remove the pan from the heat, add in stew the chopped garlic and seasoning, stir and allow to stand for 10 minutes, then serve.
