Pie with cottage cheese and pepper
It's simple, fast, delicious and beautiful pie. Salty cheese with onion, garlic and spices goes well with tender sweet peppers. Your guests will know that they waited, because they entered your house, will feel the aroma of grilled peppers and hot test.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Pepper

    6 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Green onions

    10 piece

  • Yogurt

    100 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Parmesan

    50 g

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Pepper Cayenne

  • Puff pastry

    400 g

  • Salt

  • Allspice

1. Bake the peppers in the oven at a temperature of 230C to the darkening of the skin, about 15 minutes, turning them periodically. Put prepared peppers in a pan and cover with a lid and leave for 10 minutes to sweat. Clean the peppers from the skin.

2. Slice the peppers into strips of medium thickness.

3. Green onions to chop and stew in oil for 7-8 minutes until soft.

4. Add garlic and spices and cook another minute.

5. Put the cottage cheese in a large bowl, add stewed onion, yoghurt, eggs, salt and pepper and give everything a good stir.

6. Roll the dough and put into a form. On top put the cheese filling and on top of pepper strips, alternating colors. Peppers and season with salt and pepper and drizzle with vegetable oil.

7. Grease the pie with the beaten egg yolk and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
