Orange double layer cake

Ingredients

  • Powdered sugar

    60 g

  • Orange zest

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.333 tsp

For the first layer combine the soft butter and the orange zest.

Add the powdered sugar and flour. Knead the dough, so it turned out in the form of crumbs. Place it in a baking dish and tap lightly. And bake at 180 C for 10-15 minutes (as it starts to brown side).

But this time for second layer, beat the eggs with the sugar, adding flour, soda and pour the juice. Mix well.

Pour on top of hot semi-cake. And bake for another 20-25 minutes, until Golden color and when the middle stops swaying.

The finished cake let cool and remove from forms. Optionally, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
