Turkish bulgur salad
A very interesting dish made of bulghur. For avid foodies. Easy, delicious, very healthy, quick to prepare salad. One of my favorite dishes that I can eat without stopping.

Ingredients

  • Bulgur

    2 cup

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Red sweet pepper

    1 Tbsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

    5 piece

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Olive oil

    10 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 tsp

  • Mint

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 piece

Cooking

Pour the bulgur into the pan, sprinkle with salt, stir. Pour hot water, cover with kryskoy and leave for 20 min.

Onion and garlic finely cut and fry until soft.

Add tomato and pepper pastes, pepper, fry for 2 minutes Then leave to cool for 10 min.
