Cooking
The cranberries (I have frozen) sprinkle with sugar (1/2 tbsp) and starch, stir.
Take a convenient form for baking, put on the bottom of the berry.
Whisk the cream to peaks with sugar (1/2 tbsp).
The cranberries put 2 tablespoons of whipped cream.
Put some dried cranberries.
The dried almonds in a frying pan and grind in a blender.
Take oatmeal "Hercules" from "Mistral".
In a bowl put the oat flakes "Hercules" from "Mistral", butter, flour, sugar (1 tablespoon), cocoa powder, crushed almonds. The oil I recommend to get 10 minutes before cooking. All mix into crumbs.
Put the crumbs over the berries with cream. Put in heated to 200 degrees oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until Browning the top.
Serve crumble warm immediately. Put on top a spoonful of whipped cream, decorate as desired. I sprinkle almond petals and put the mint leaves. Have a nice day!
