"Eton Mess" (translated as Eton confusion or disorder) is a traditional English dessert served at Eton College's annual cricket game against the pupils of Harrow School. Dessert is very easy and simple to prepare, and the taste of it is just gorgeous!

Cooking
Strawberries wash, sort and clean. 2/3 of the strawberries blend in blender, the rest coarsely cut and drizzle with syrup or liqueur.
Break the meringue into pieces and slightly crush.
The cream cool and whip together with powdered sugar. For color add a little syrup.
On the bottom portion of the form put meringue, strawberry puree and a little chopped strawberries. Put the cream in a pastry bag and lay them on top of the strawberries. Decorate the dessert with mint and berries.
