This is my first cheesecake homemade)). It was very cool. Delicious crumbly crust, sweet filling, sweet Apple. This dessert should appeal to all, if not all, many)).

Cooking
Preheat the oven to 175 gr. In a large bowl, combine cookie crumbs,1/2 stack. chopped walnuts,3 tbsp sugar,1/2 tsp cinnamon and melted butter.
Weight biscuits and butter covered the bottom and the top. put in the oven to bake for 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and 1/2 Cup sugar. Whipping cream with a mixer add, carefully, one egg.
In a small bowl, combine 1/3 Cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Mix the sugar with the chopped and peeled core and peel apples. I the skin is not removed and is very sorry, had to clean the apples.
Apples in the Sahara to put on the cream and sprinkle the 1/4 Cup. the chopped walnuts.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 70 minutes.
