Cooking
Fillet of Turkey breast to break in a blender.
Zucchini peel, grate on a fine grater. Set aside.
To place them in a bowl the minced meat, boiled barley. Squeeze grated zucchini and place in a bowl to the rest of the ingredients. Add salt, turmeric, garlic powder or garlic to taste.
All the ingredients mix well. Better hands, like regular stuffing.
With wet hands make patties. Put them in a form, be sure to do between zazorchiki.
Fill now make. Sour cream mixed with a teaspoon of tomato paste. Add grated on a fine grater cheese, salt to taste and 100 ml water. Mix thoroughly.
Fill laid in form of meatballs with cream sauce and put in a preheated 180 degree oven. Approximately 40-50 minutes, as you like and depending on the oven.
