Chocolate-ginger cake with orange candied fruits
A delicious pie for chocolate lovers. Dense, soft, slightly moist and very chocolate

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    200 g

  • Butter

    170 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Candied

    50 g

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Break the chocolate pieces and melt in a water bath with butter. Cool the mixture to room temperature

Beat eggs with sugar.

Add chocolate – butter mixture, stir, add the flour and again, mix well

Add the candied orange, ground ginger, mix gently.

Spread the batter into the form lubricated with oil, layer ~ 2 cm Bake for 25 minutes at 180*C. Cool and decorate with icing.
