Why I wanted to call this roll that way? Explain, because it's a duet of meat and chickpeas, these two products are perfectly combined with each other in the roll, and the roll holds its shape.

Cooking
For preparation of rolls you will need rice cereal. I have flakes of TM Mistral. Flakes pour boiling water and leave for 3 minutes. Cereal are we going to do a layer, then will see how.
Minced meat (I have it cooked from semi boiled meat) salt and pepper to taste, add to taste and coriander.
