Chocolate peanut crunch
The role of traditional Easter wreath I decided this year to present this sweet sweet pigtail.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Yeast

    0.5 pack

  • Brown sugar

    200 g

  • Milk

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Butter

  • Lemon peel

  • Brandy

    50 ml

  • Nuts

  • Dark chocolate

Begin to cook the night before. Mix the flour, yeast, 50 gr. brown sugar, salt and vanilla sugar.

Add the egg, zest of 1/4 lemon, 50 ml of warm milk and knead the dough. In the process to gradually introduce 50 grams. diced soft butter.

The resulting soft elastic dough, wrap in plastic wrap and clean up overnight in the fridge.

Preparing a nut component of the filling (you can also in the evening): nuts ground into fine crumbs.

100 ml. milk and 100 gr. sugar bring to a boil.

Add 50 gr. of butter and the zest of 1/4 of a lemon and cook on slow heat for 5 minutes. To fill ground nuts and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat and pour in brandy. Cool completely.

The chocolate part of the filling: melt the chocolate with 50 grams. butter, cool to room temperature - the filling should not be liquid.

Remove the dough from the fridge and while cold, roll out to a thickness of 3 mm., to put on his nut stuffing...

To put the "pigtail" round cake pan and place in a warm place for proofing 40-50 min. Bake 45-50 minutes. 20 minutes after the start of baking cover with foil crunch.
