Spaghetti with zucchini, mushrooms and green peas
Only 20 minutes and a delicious dinner (lunch) on vsem the table. Simple, quick and very tasty. And I liked the way of cooking, a little unusual.

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti

    220 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Green peas

    0.5 cup

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Thyme

    3 piece

  • Cream

    0.25 cup

  • Parmesan

    0.333 cup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Water

    2.5 cup

Cooking

Wash the vegetables well. Mushrooms cut into slices, zucchini with polukruzhochkami not thin.

Green beans wash, the garlic cut into thin small slices.

Fill a pot with cold water and put in water spaghetti, zucchini, mushrooms, peas, garlic, thyme (sprigs). Season with salt and pepper.

Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to small and cook with the lid open for 10-15 minutes until cooked pasta. Some of the water will evaporate, part will take spaghetti.

Remove thyme sprigs, add the cream.

Add grated on a fine grater Parmesan.

Mix everything carefully and immediately (hot) to bring to the table.
