Buckwheat casserole with eggplant
A good recipe simple casserole of buckwheat flakes and eggplant. Happy to offer a recipe.

Ingredients

  • Cereals buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Salt

In vegetable oil fry the finely chopped onion.

Add the chopped carrots and fry for 3 minutes.

Add diced eggplant. Fry for 5 minutes.

Buckwheat flakes to brew 1.5 cups of boiling water. Add butter. Beat eggs with a whisk with the cream. Season with salt to taste.

In a baking dish put half of buckwheat cereal. Flakes place a layer of eggplant. Put the remaining mess.

Pour the egg-cream mix and place in oven for 20-25 minutes at 190 degrees.
