Cooking
Cook beans according to instructions. So the beans become soft, it should be soaked in sufficient quantity of water for a few hours or even overnight. And in the process of cooking you can add garden savory or a bit of mint.
Heat in a pan with vegetable oil. We put sliced brisket, chopped onion (1 piece) and garlic (1 tooth.), fry.
Add to brisket cooked beans
and tomato paste to taste, stir for 1-2 min. The beans are ready. Close the lid and put in a warm place.
Mode meat into cubes ~ 2x2 cm and put in the pan, fry in oil.
Then add chopped onion and garlic, fry for 2 min.
In the meantime, cut slices of tomato pulp (without skin), cut bell peppers, julienne carrots, and spread in the pan, stir and simmer 2 - 3 minutes.
Then add the peeled from the skin and diced potato, chopped cabbage. Pour broth or water so that only covered our stew, sprinkle with salt, black and red ground pepper and marjoram. Close the pan with a lid, do not forget to stir occasionally and cook until the meat is tender and vegetables. Vegetables should not be soft after boiling.
Spread cooked meat with vegetables on a warmed dish, add aromatic beans and served to the table. Bon appetit!
