Fish in green garlic sauce
Done quickly, from a minimum set of products. It's very simple, but the fish turns out delicious.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    300 g

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Salt

Well, now it's very simple. Fillet (any white fish) cut into portions. Pour oil in a pan, heat and put the finely sliced garlic. Fry 2 minutes, add the parsley, salt and mix well. Salt the fillets and put on the greens. Fry on medium heat with lid for about 3 minutes

Remove the lid, flip and cook for another 5 minutes until tender. Serve immediately.
