Salmon tartare and mango
I offer you the option of a wonderful Tartar of salmon and mango, served on a rice pillow.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    100 g

  • Mango

    50 g

  • Salmon

    50 g

  • Red onion

    50 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Tabasco

    3 piece

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Rice pillows it is better to use white long grain rice. Boil it according to the instructions on the package

Cut small cubes of salted salmon, red onion and mango

Put it all together, season with salt, freshly ground pepper, lemon juice, drip a few drops of Tabasco and season with olive oil

Using a serving ring lay first boiled and slightly cooled rice, then put the Tartar. Carefully remove the ring. Decorate with slices of mango and mint leaves. Top with another half-turn of freshly ground pepper for beauty
