A La julienne with leeks and ham
Don't know whether to call this dish by Julien... Here is cream, cheese, and ham, and leeks. Delicious hot appetizer!

Ingredients

  • Ham

    150 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Ham grate on a coarse grater, fry in butter for 2-3 minutes.

Leeks cut into rings, add to the ham, fry for 2-3 minutes.

In a dish add the cream, bring to the boil, add the flour, salt, pepper, cook, stirring until thick.

Cheese to grate on a coarse grater, add half to the dish, mix well.

The resulting mass lay on the cocotte, sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in microwave at full power for 2 minutes.
