Couscous
Couscous - magic "macaroni groats". By itself it has a neutral taste. But absorbs and highlights the tastes of all its "neighbors". Any salad with cous-cous takes the original texture, becomes self-satisfying dish; it doesn't "flow" the next day, and tastes even better. Prepare a fresh spring treat, adding to the Kus-kusu only green ingredients!

Ingredients

  • Couscous

    1 cup

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Green olives

    100 g

  • Capers

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

Couscous TM "Mistral" does not require cooking. So its preparation as a side dish or snack will take the least time.

A glass of cereal pour two cups of boiling water, that is, in the ratio of 1:2.

Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Cool.

Thinly slice the cucumber. Chop the parsley (perfect also cilantro, mint, green Basil according to your taste). Olives cut into rings.

Finely chop green onions. With half a lemon to remove the zest; squeeze the juice. Capers capers to leave.

Mix all the ingredients. Salt. Season the salad with lemon juice and olive oil. If desired, you can add a little brine from the capers. The salad is ready!
