Warm salad in an omelet
In the summer I try to pamper their families with a variety of salads. One of our favorite salads is the salad in an omelet with fried vegetables, mushrooms and delicious chicken. This salad is self-sufficient in itself and they can even hearty lunch.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    70 g

  • Mushrooms

    50 g

  • Pepper

    60 g

  • Chicken breast

    70 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    40 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    50 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

Cooking

Mushrooms cut into slices, bell pepper and zucchini into thin strips, sprinkle with soy sauce "Kikkoman" and fry until cooked.

Make the omelet. Mix eggs, milk and soy sauce "Kikkoman". Baked scrambled eggs on a greased skillet until tender.

The finished omelet to lay out the sliced tomatoes.

Then fried vegetables and boiled chicken breast.

Sprinkle with green onions and grated cheese. Top cover half of the omelette, garnish with greens and serve.
