Description
Beef stew in red wine. In the recipe there is a caveat, which gives a new taste to the usual dish. I advise you to try!

Cooking
The required ingredients.
Wash the meat, dry with napkin, salt and pepper, cut into small cubes and fry in olive oil.
Bacon cut into strips and fry in the same oil.
Carrots to clear, cut circles, onion with feathers.
Add to the pan the bacon and fry for 7-8 minutes together. To the pan add the tablespoon of flour, cook for another 2 minutes.
When meat is heated, add wine and evaporate for a bit.
Then add the broth and Bay leaf.
Cover with a lid and simmer for 1.5 hours until the meat is tender, stirring occasionally. Before the end of stewing, you can add the parsley stalks, then throw them away. If necessary, add a little water. Before serving, sprinkle with parsley.
