Fish cakes
Fragrant pellet from minced fish baked in the oven, with a very hearty and tender filling. To bring to the table as a separate dish, and garnish.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cracker

    3 piece

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

    3 piece

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Figure

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Greens

  • Mac

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Fish fillet boil in salted water with a Bay leaf, black pepper and purified onion. For about 30 minutes. Then allow to cool a little fish fillets. Finely chop the fillets. Add the egg and nutmeg, mix well.

Boil the rice in salted water until tender. Drain in a colander and rinse with water. Then add in the rice mayonnaise.

Add chopped greens to the rice.

From minced fish to form balls. Cracker chop. Roll the balls in cracker.

Protiven grease with vegetable oil. Put ball on cookie sheet and press to form a pellet. Inside make a hole and put the filling slide.

Top the filling and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Put in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Serve warm.
