Tavuk SAI rice
I have to say that the recipe of this dish I borrowed from the menu of an interesting place. Tavuk SAI is a chicken fillet fried with vegetables and rice dlinnozernogo. This dish turns out very tasty, tender and juicy.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    250 g

  • Pepper

    120 g

  • Cabbage Chinese

    100 g

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    100 g

  • Garlic

    20 g

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

In a saucepan pour water, add salt, put on fire and bring to a boil. Bags of rice, Indica Gold put in boiling water and cook for 30 minutes.

Then the peppers, tomatoes and garlic. Stir, add soy sauce (1 tbsp), vinegar and water. To extinguish minutes 10. Before serving, tavuk SAI sprinkle with herbs.
