Meat rolls with scrambled eggs and mushrooms
Diets say in unison no! We are waiting for a very satisfying roll! He's outside all meat..!, and inside the mushroom omelette..! Who likes to eat tasty.. this dish will be the way! And on occasion helps out..! The table itself is decorated with! So try friends! Without calories we can't..!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Mushrooms

    70 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Vegetable oil

    200 ml

  • Spices

    1 tsp

Meat ( if the whole piece) cut into large thin plates. Good to recapture, pepper, salt and leave for 15 minutes

The mushrooms and onions finely chop and fry in a pan.

3 beat the eggs, season with a little salt and pepper. Add 1-2 tablespoons of flour, mix well. Add the chopped parsley, and fried with onions mushrooms.

Pour the batter into the pan, and fry the omelet on two sides

Omelette cut into pieces. On each piece of meat to put some of the omelet, and tightly roll it up. Fasten with toothpicks.

Roll the rolls first in flour, then in egg and in breadcrumbs. Pour oil in the pan, so that it is closed for half of the rolls., heat, and fry the rolls for 10 minutes.

Remove toothpicks., and put each roll in foil.

Wrap rolls in foil. Preheat the oven to 170 - 180%. Place the rolls in the form or on a baking sheet, and bake for 20-30 minutes.
