Pie fruit-cheese
I think all fans of cheese will love my version of cottage pie.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Cheese

    2 pack

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    10 g

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Raspberry

    200 g

  • Jelly

    1 pack

  • Flour

    2 cup

RUB the margarine with flour, pinch of salt, add sour cream and baking powder. Mix all and make a bun. Put the bun in the bag and put in the fridge not less than 30 min I made in the evening and in the morning I baked a cake.

Get our bun out of the fridge and now evenly distribute the dough (I have a detachable form). Edge of our baskets are raised approximately 3 cm. Put in oven (180 deg.) approximately 20min., he should lightly browned.

While our basket in the oven, we mix the cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and whisk together lightly. Get a basket and spread our cheese.

Well even out and put in the oven for another 20 min.

On the stove, dilute jelly cake (instructions are on the package)

And fill our pie, right on the raspberries! I always have jelly follows a little for the pie when I removed the form, it turns out the rim. Leave and wait until the jelly hardens. Remove the form, and here is our BASKET ready.
