Fried squid under pumpkin-soy sauce
Delicious, easy, flavorful and healthy dish for Lent and beyond!

Ingredients

  • Squid

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Basil

    1 tsp

  • Olives

    3 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Pumpkin

    300 g

  • Soy sauce

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • The mixture of peppers

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    1.5 Tbsp

Cooking

Squid clean, cut along the belly from one side; From the outside to make shallow cuts crosswise;

Marinate the squid in the sauce-marinade Barbecue for 15 minutes;

In a hot pan with oil fry the squid cuts down within 1 minute;

Fold squid, flip and fry another half minute;

Remove the squid from the plate;

Squeeze the juice from the pumpkin;

Add remaining ingredients - stir well (without lumps of flour);

Boil when boiling to a mild degree of thickening, remove from heat, cool;

Put squid on a plate, generously cover with sauce, sprinkle with Basil and black olives complement;
