Salad with pasta and bacon
In Sweden a popular pasta salads when it is about the need to bring food for the road or on a picnic. This is one of those salads: it does not soak and keeps its taste for several hours, and in the refrigerator during the day. Serve it as warm or cold.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    300 g

  • Butter

    10 g

  • Bacon

    140 g

  • Blue cheese

    100 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    250 g

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Lettuce

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Green peas

    150 g

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 tsp

  • Seasoning

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 ml

  • Black pepper

    1 ml

  • Sunflower seeds

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Knead the seasoning: red wine vinegar, olive oil, herbes de Provence, salt and pepper.

Chop the vegetables, lettuce and parsley (tomatoes if necessary, cut in half lengthwise).

Boil the pasta and fry the bacon.

Stir vegetable mixture with pasta, bacon and sunflower seeds; season with sauce and crumble the cheese in there. I got almost 2 pounds of food!
