This is my experiment, I love puddings, but the preparation is time consuming, so I decided to try to cook in the microwave... it Turned out a delicious dessert for a couple of minutes.
Ingredients

Cooking
Mix sugar, milk and egg.
Small form grease with caramel and pour a small amount, somewhere in the half of the mold, the milk mixture.
Put in the microwave, you have all the time to monitor the cooking, when begins to boil - opened the stove and scrolled a little form, one form where there wasn't much milk, it came out lumpy, and pudding does not keep the form, the rest though was boiling strongly, but has not collapsed. I have in the oven high power, I think, if it is to increase or decrease the time to cook easier.
After a couple minutes of the boil, open the door and scrolling shapes, our pudding has thickened, to send for a while in the fridge... help yourself.
