Cottage cheese cake with apricots
Was prepared according to the recipe from the magazine "Liza" , a delicious cheese - fruit pie.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Butter

    240 g

  • Apricot

    500 g

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Lemon peel

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Pudding

    1 pack

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

Flour, eggs, sugar and oil (all for the dough) knead the dough and put in the cold for 30 min.

Cottage cheese whipped with butter, sugar, zest, juice and yolks.

Add walnuts with the semolina, baking powder and dry pudding.

Beat the whites and mix with a filling of cottage cheese.
