In General, regular salad from simple ingredients. But rich, flavorful dressing plays a solo role and radically changes the flavor of simple ingredients. Besides, the husband loves potato salad. And for dinner it's just a "wand" - and the appetizer and main dish in one! If you like rich flavors, then definitely try it, just do not overdo it with seasonings and spices.

Cooking
First prepare the salad dressing. Take the mayonnaise, preferably homemade. Add wasabi and soy sauce. I prefer sweet, in this case from TM Kikkoman.
Add mustard seeds, coriander, cumin, sesame, svezhemoloty a mixture of peppers, red hot pepper flakes.
Take boiled potatoes and carrots, cut small cubes. Also take salmon smoked (or salted), I have a sockeye salmon, also cut into cubes. Small rings, cut white part of green onions.
You can serve salad in a common bowl, but is better to do a batch submission with a cooking ring. From top to decorate the salad with green onion. Served when ready. Bon appetit!
