Apple crumble with thyme cream
A classic recipe English cuisine. Delicate Apple dessert with shortbread crumbs and savory thyme cream. The new form came in very handy!

  • Thyme

  • Sugar

  • Apple

  • Flour

Thyme wash, dry on a paper towel separating the leaves. Apples cleaned, remove core, cut into slices. So they are not darkened, put in a bowl of water and a slice of lemon.

In a saucepan melt 50 g of butter. Add the apples, sugar, leaves of thyme (6 sprigs) and simmer over medium heat for 5-8 minutes, until the apples are soft. Lubricate the form of butter and spread on the bottom of the filling.
