Salad
The recipe for this salad brought my youngest son, having been with us in the border city of Dongying. This salad with pickled ginger turns out very tasty and useful for those who are trying to lose weight. Well, girls, this recipe is a real godsend. It is rich, but contains a minimum of fat and carbohydrates. In addition, the ginger gives the salad the exotic and the "flavor". I hope you try it, you will never give up this yummy. The salad is versatile, it can be served both warm and cold, which is important on new year's eve. Moreover, the taste of it when you need it. And yet this salad is very good as appetizer for alcoholic beverages for new year's table.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken fillet

    200 g

  • Radish

    100 g

  • Carrots

    100 g

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Cellophane

    50 g

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Tabasco

    0.5 ml

  • Green onions

  • Cilantro

  • Ginger

    1 Tbsp

Vegetables wash, peel, chicken fillet dry with a paper towel. The chicken is cut into thin strips. Radishes, celery and carrots also cut (grate) thin strips.

Prepare the marinade. Take soy sauce "Kikkoman", add rice vinegar, olive oil and Tabasco.

The marinade, divide in half, one part, put the chicken, the other vegetables. Leave to marinate for 20 minutes.

While the chicken and vegetables are marinated, cook funchoza, according to the instructions on the package. I put in boiling water for 3 minutes. Ready funchoza wash in colander with cold water.

Marinated chicken fry in a grill pan, approximately 2 minutes on each side.

In funchoza put chicken grilled, marinated vegetables with the marinade. Add slices of marinated ginger.

This salad is better (easier) to mix with your hands, wearing gloves. Sprinkle top with green onion and coriander leaves. Serve immediately warm or chilled. All the best to You!
