Cooking
Prepare the stuffing for the stuffing: 1. 2 PCs. onions finely chop. 2. In minced meat add onion, egg 1 PC., pepper and salt to taste. Stuffing mix well.
Prepare the dough: 1. In the cheese add the remaining 4 pieces. eggs, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Everything is very well mixed. Try to keep the weight not lumps of cheese.
In the obtained mass add the flour and knead the dough. Amount of flour varies - the main thing that the dough does not stick to hands, but it should not be too steep.
Sprinkle surface with flour and roll out the dough thickness of about 3mm. Then cut out circles of dough. I cut the Cup (diameter: about 8cm.)
On one half of the cut out circle to put the finished stuffing. I put 1 tsp with a large slide, and you add as much stuffing as you like.
Close second halves of the circle, slightly flatten by hand to a Taco was a bit flat and "close" the dough is, in some way, I closed the "pockets" (I know that there is no such word, but I call it that way :)
Received a mini-chebureks fry in very hot sunflower oil on medium heat for about 3 minutes on each side (or until dark Golden brown). Do NOT fry on very high heat, as the stuffing inside may not fully cooked! While frying pasties prepare sauce. To do this, the garlic should be clean and skip through the frog (or crush and finely chop). Mix tomato paste, sour cream and garlic and add salt to taste. If you like spicy food, can add pepper and more garlic. Of this number ingredients I got 47 pieces part of the pasties I froze :) Bon appetit!
