Cake with dates and nuts
Very soft, fragrant, slightly moist cupcake

Ingredients

  • Cards

    250 g

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Walnuts

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    100 g

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

Dates wash, remove seeds. Orange to peel and slice. In a blender grind all that remained small pieces of dates.

Add the nuts and grind, minutes enough

Add the eggs one by one and beat until fluffy, thick and light cream.

Then pour vegetable oil on low speed stir. Put the resulting mass into a bowl, add flour mixed with baking powder. Quickly knead the dough – it will be thick, viscous.

Put in a greased form and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Pie will turn a dark color, test for readiness with a wooden stick better (needs to be dry, with no wet crumbs).

The finished cake let cool slightly and pull out of shape. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Pour the tea, cut the cake and ate.
