This is the second promised the recipe. Be sure to try to cook it. Sweet, porous, delicious!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 kg

  • Yeast

    80 g

  • Water

    0.66 cup

  • Yolk egg

    14 piece

  • Sugar

    670 g

  • Butter

    540 g

  • Milk

    1 l

  • Vanilla

    4 pack

  • Raisins

    200 g

  • Almonds

    150 g

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Lemon peel

  • Cognac

    50 g

Here are our products in a good mood.

Abenaim, spread the batter into molds not more than 2/3. Leave for 20 minutes. Bake in preheated oven to 200 degrees, in the end diminish to 180. Bake 40-60 minutes, depending on the form and the oven.

Hot out of the forms. Allow to cool on the side. In such forms I got 9 large and 2 smaller cakes.

For the glaze whisk 2 protein with 1.5 stack. sugar. The cooled cakes to frost and decorate.
