Light salad with artichoke, arugula, sun-dried tomatoes and oily dressing.

We need: white rice, spicy arugula, fresh artichoke, olives, pitted, sun-dried tomatoes in oil, lemon and a good mood).

First, prepare the artichoke. Cut a few outer layers of leaves.
