Description

Baked pears with nuts and cinnamon
"Love for all ages; But youthful, virgin hearts Its impulses are beneficial As vernal storms the fields," wrote the great classic Alexander. Recalling his school gentle, pure and selfless love, the first breath of a beautiful classmate, first kiss in the schoolyard, I wanted to create the same light, graceful and very spicy dish. It was a completely unexpected dessert, tasty and tender as the first love of the school, which was beyond my wildest fantasy taste. Recommend. For the contest "Evening school friends"

The delicate taste of baked pears combined with chocolate notes that gives cinnamon, bitter shades of walnut, light sour orange and spicy aroma of vanilla is beyond words. Worth it to try.
