Summer salad will not leave anyone indifferent! Because he's such the vitamin!!! Unusual dressing gives the vegetables a special piquancy.

Ingredients

  • Green onions

  • Parsley

  • Mint

  • Garlic

  • Olive oil

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Cauliflower

    600 g

  • Lettuce

    120 g

  • Carrots

    80 g

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Salt

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

First, make dressing. Cauliflower boil in salted water 2-3 minutes, allow to cool. Now take all the ingredients for the filling.

Greens, cabbage and garlic are cut. Fold all the ingredients into a blender and add salt. Whisk 4-5 minutes until a homogeneous creamy mass. All the dressing is ready.

Now let us proceed directly to the salad. Lettuce wash and cut strips.

Cucumbers cut into strips and season with a little salt. Carrots also add salt (if it's not shredded, it should be chopped). Green onions, dill and parsley shred.

"Collect" lettuce. At the bottom of the salad bowl put first a layer of chopped iceberg lettuce. Top lubricated with the dressing.

The second layer carrot. Top - dressing.

The third layer of cucumbers. Well lubricated with the dressing.
