Cooking
The flour and butter grind into crumbs.
Add the egg and sour cream. Knead the dough. Remove 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Prepare the filling. Boil the rice.
Cut the meat into small pieces.
Carrots grate on a coarse grater. The meat and carrots put in the pan, add water, salt pepper and simmer 10 minutes.
Green onions finely chop.
Combine rice, meat and carrots, eggs and onions. Mix everything. Add the mayonnaise.
Roll the dough into the reservoir. Put the dough into the form and presses.
Gently and smoothly drop the dough in.
Fill with filling and put in oven.
Cheese to grate on a coarse grater.
After 20 minutes take out the tartlets and cover with cheese on top. Put in oven until cooked.
