Description

Croquettes from Jamie Oliver
My croquettes were associated always with potatoes. Spanish croquettes Oliver crisp, with the resulting hot Bechamel sauce. The recipe is very budget. Can add the sauce of leftover meat, cheese, and mushrooms. I also made a second kind of croquettes with feta and honey.

Cooking

step-0
Heat butter and oil over medium heat.
step-1
When the butter has melted, with constant stirring gradually introduce the flour. You should get a thick paste without a drop of oil.
step-2
Gradually, with constant stirring, add the milk. Lumps should not be. Stir 1-2 minutes until thick.
step-3
Season to taste with salt and pepper, add nutmeg, grated cheese, chopped meat products, mushrooms. Everything you need from fridge to attach. Close foil and refrigerate for 1 hour, the mass is frozen. This hour in cooking time did not take into account.
step-4
The second filling is observed also with Jamie, but in a different recipe. MNU with a fork feta with honey, add the spices, sesame seeds, oregano. The filling is unmatched in quality spreads on toast.
step-5
Take three plates. On one pour the flour. Salt it, pepper. The second the egg, on the third place the breadcrumbs. Lepim sausage or balls, as I have. Oliver picture, of course, very neat. But he's a chef, and I just love to cook. So I got much more presentable. Our coat croquettes first in flour, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
step-6
Heats the oil in the fryer and fry the croquettes. If the oil is heated enough, form may leak. Fry portions for 2-3 minutes.
step-7
Bon appetit.
