Fried chicken legs in a glaze made from mustard and white wine
This recipe for fried chicken legs is one of my favorite summer. The beauty of this recipe lies in the simplicity. A mixture of vegetable oil, mustard and white wine makes the chicken very tasty, spicy.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh

    4 piece

  • Water

    8 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Mustard

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Dry white wine

    30 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    30 ml

Cooking

First make the brine. In 1 Cup of boiling water, add salt, pepper, sugar, let's stir until dissolved.

In a pan or bowl, pour the remaining 7 cups of cold water. And add salt solution.

I had chicken thighs, but you can take whole legs.

To the brine add the chicken and leave in a cool place for at least 2 hours for a day.

Make the frosting: mix butter, mustard and wine.

Get the chicken from the brine, be sure to wash under water.

The chicken pieces dry with a towel.

Grill to heat it up. The chicken pieces add salt, pepper and coat with glaze.

To cook on the grill until cooked (you can use a thermometer, chicken will be ready when the temperature in the thickest piece of meat to be 90 degrees, or when the juice in the piercing transparent).

Can be cooked in the oven.
